Enrollment Process

Enrollment for 2011-2012 and 2012-13

We are currently receiving applications for school year 2011-2012.

You also may now submit an application for school year 2012-2013.

Applications will be accepted in all grade levels.


For the 2012/13 year, if the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade level, a random lottery will be held in early January 2012 to determine who is admitted. Families will be notified within 14 days of the close of the Open Enrollment period if their student has been accepted or if a lottery will be held. Families who are sent an acceptance letter will be given a specific time frame to respond. If the school does not receive a response during the time frame outlined, the applicant will be removed from the accepted list and placed on the waitlist.


After the lottery (if one is needed), applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered based on the order in which the applications are received.


If all material is received but there are no openings, students are placed on a wait list, ordered in the sequence of the dates of application. You may call 267 336 2730 ext 5112 or ext 5104 to find out your child’s position on the wait list, or email chaprich@hotmail.com
